​All Tex Service Company is based in Houston, Texas serving Houston and surrounding counties. We are a company with a long history of more than a 100 years of combined experience. All Tex Service Company provides concrete services, excavation, land grading, land clearing, mulching, ponds, all dirt work, culvert installation, and nearly every other facet of land management services to residential and commercial customers. Our owner, Justin Lackey, is a third-generation Texas land management professional. While being taught by his grandfather and father, Justin learned how to build a company that provides fast, reliable, and professional work with the latest technology.
